Is this set worth it for meal prep?

Yes, if you portion single servings. Five 22-ounce containers cover a workweek of lunches, and glass reheats without staining or holding odors.

Are the containers microwave-safe?

The glass is suitable for microwaving, but remove the lids first unless the maker states they are vented and microwave-safe.

Can these go in the oven or freezer?

Check the manufacturer's temperature limits before oven or freezer use. Budget glass sets vary, and thermal shock can crack glass.

What is included in the 5-pack?

Five rectangular 22-ounce glass containers with matching lids, 110 ounces total.

When is the price lowest?

Glass container sets usually drop during back-to-school and January organization sales. Compare the current price with its recent range before buying.
