Is the sixblues EB3S worth it?

If you want 80 Nm of torque and a 540Wh battery with UL certification, it is a strong value. Riders who mostly ride smooth pavement may prefer a lighter commuter bike.

How far can it really go on a charge?

The rated 30 miles assumes moderate assist. Expect closer to 18 to 22 miles in high assist or on steep hills, and more in low assist on flat ground.

Is it legal to ride at 20 mph?

A 20 mph top speed fits the Class 1/2 style limit in many US states, but check your local rules. The 1500W peak motor may exceed watt caps in some jurisdictions.

What comes in the box?

You get the bike, the 540Wh battery, a charger, and basic assembly tools. Pedals and a manual are typically included; confirm with the seller before ordering.

Can I upgrade the brakes to hydraulic?

Yes, the frame and fork accept common hydraulic disc brake calipers, but you will need new levers and hoses. Many owners upgrade for better stopping on descents.

The sixblues EB3S is a 26-inch electric mountain bike with a 540Wh battery, a 1500W peak motor rated at 80 Nm, and a 20 mph top speed. It pairs a seven-speed Shimano drivetrain with mechanical disc brakes and five assist modes, including cruise and walk assist.
