Is the Skyla chair worth $649.95?

The swivel base is the main difference, letting the seat turn without moving the chair. The rounded silhouette and floral Jacquard fabric also set it apart from plain upholstered chairs.

Does the Skyla chair come with the Jaine ottoman?

No. The Jaine Jacquard ottoman is sold separately as a matching piece. The chair ships with the frame, base and cushioning and needs minor assembly.
