Is the SnoozeBand 2.0 worth it for side sleepers?

Yes, if comfort matters more than sound quality. The flat speakers sit against the ear without poking, and the fabric band is washable. Audiophiles will find the 4 mm drivers thin on bass.

How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?

SnoozeBand rates it at 8-12 hours per charge, enough for one night. Recharging takes about an hour through the USB-C port in the zip pocket.

Can I wash the SnoozeBand 2.0?

The fabric band is fully washable, but you must remove the electronics from the zip pocket first. Wash the fabric only and let it dry before refitting the module.

The band adjusts from about 48 to 58 cm, which covers most adults. It is not sized for children.

Does it work with any phone or TV?

Yes. Bluetooth 5.2 pairs with any Bluetooth device, including phones, tablets, laptops and most TVs with Bluetooth audio.

Does it block noise or snoring?

No. It has no active noise cancellation; it masks sound by playing audio quietly. For blocking noise, pair it with earplugs.

Our take on the SnoozeBand 2.0 Bluetooth Sleep Headphones

The SnoozeBand 2.0 is a fabric headband with flat 4 mm speakers and Bluetooth 5.2, built for side sleepers and bedtime listening. It runs 8-12 hours per charge, recharges in about an hour over USB-C, and the electronics sit in a zip pocket so the band itself can be washed. It is adult-sized, adjustable from roughly 48 to 58 cm, and deliberately quiet: no voice prompts and no blinking light while audio plays.
