Our take on the Soges Height Adjustable Power Tower Dip Stands Pull Up Bar

The Soges Power Tower is a freestanding steel station for dips, pull-ups and knee raises, with a height-adjustable pull-up bar. It stands about 65 inches tall and covers roughly 38.6 by 32.3 inches of floor, so it suits a garage or spare room more than a small apartment. Assembly is required. At $50.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of what power towers cost, well under the $100-plus typical of branded models.

Best forHome lifters who want dips and pull-ups without a rackBuyers on a tight budgetGarage or basement gyms with floor spacePeople who share the bar and need height adjustment
Pros
  • Low price for a multi-station tower
  • Adjustable pull-up bar height suits different users
  • Supports dips, pull-ups and ab work in one frame
  • Folds the main lifts into a small footprint for a tower
Cons
  • Only 15 ratings, so the 4.5 score is thin evidence
  • Assembly required
  • Light frame can wobble on pull-ups at this price
  • Fixed-width dip and pull-up grips won't fit every shoulder

Questions and answers

Is the Soges power tower worth it at $50.99?
At $50.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is one of the cheapest ways to get dips and pull-ups at home. Expect a basic frame, not commercial-gym rigidity.
How much space does it need?
It measures about 38.6 by 32.3 inches at the base and 65 inches tall. Leave clearance in front for dips and below for knee raises.
Does the pull-up bar height adjust?
Yes. The bar is height-adjustable, which helps when several people of different heights share it.
What exercises can I do on it?
Dips, pull-ups and chin-ups, plus knee or leg raises in the vertical station. It is a strength station, not a cardio machine.
How hard is assembly?
Assembly is required and typically takes under an hour with the included hardware. Two people make lining up the frame easier.
When is it cheapest?
Only one store lists it new, at $50.99 as of November 4, 2026. Budget towers rarely discount far below that, so watch for holiday sales.
Where is the Soges Height Adjustable Power Tower Dip Stands Pull Up Bar cheapest?
At Walmart, for $50.99, as of our latest check.
