Questions and answers

Is the battery good enough for a full workout?
Yes for a single session: Sony rates up to 3 hours per charge, enough for most gym visits or runs. The charging case adds extra top-ups, but heavy daily users will need to recharge often.
How does noise cancellation compare with the WF-1000XM3?
The WF-SP700N cancels less noise than the WF-1000XM3, which is a larger, non-sports model. The SP700N trades some isolation for a lighter, splash-resistant sports fit.
Can I use one earbud at a time?
Yes. Each bud works independently, so you can wear one while the other charges in the case.
Is it water-resistant?
It is splash-resistant, rated for sweat and light rain, not for swimming or full submersion.
What comes in the box?
The earbuds, the charging case, a USB charging cable and extra ear tips in multiple sizes.
When is it cheapest?
True wireless buds usually drop around Black Friday and back-to-school sales. Check the price history before buying at full price.
What do buyers say about the Sony WF-SP700N Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones for Sports?
