The Spirit Fitness XE795 elliptical features a self-generating power system, allowing you to exercise without connecting the machine to a wall outlet. This gives you greater flexibility when planning your workout space.

As you pedal, the Spirit XE795 elliptical generates the power needed for operation. Its front-drive design combines a 30 lb flywheel, 40 resistance levels and a 20-inch stride for a versatile cardio workout.

The dual-track rail system and sealed roller bearings support consistent pedal movement, while adjustable resistance makes it easy to vary workout intensity. The 20-inch stride provides a consistent motion, and the moving handlebars let you involve your upper body as you train.

Programs and tracking: the 7.5 inch multi-color backlit LCD runs 16 built-in programs, spanning manual, hill, fat burn, interval, and 4 heart rate guided modes, plus 2 custom user profiles. Direct resistance buttons jump straight to a level instead of clicking through all 40 one at a time.

Comfort and connectivity: built-in Bluetooth speakers play your own music, and Bluetooth FTMS syncs to the SPIRIT+ app and wireless
