Questions and answers

Is the Elk Hunter warm enough for freezing nights?
It is rated to 20 F, which suits most late-season hunting camps. Sleepers who run cold may want a liner below that.
Can it go in a washing machine?
No. The listing says it cannot be machine washed, so clean it by spot cleaning and air it out.
How big is it when packed?
It is 84 by 36 inches and 8.2 lbs, so expect a bulky roll. It ships with roll-up straps and a carry bag.
Is it good for backpacking?
Not really. At 8.2 lbs it is a truck-camp and wall-tent bag; backpackers should look at a lighter mummy bag.
