Is the Stanley IceFlow Kids bottle really leakproof?

Stanley calls the flip straw leakproof, and the lid closes over the straw for transport. It is built for backpacks and lunch bags, but no straw bottle is fully spill-proof if the lid is left open.

How long does it keep drinks cold?

Stanley rates it at 7 hours cold and 35 hours iced thanks to the double-wall vacuum insulation. Real results depend on how full it is and how often the lid is opened.

What age is this bottle for?

Stanley recommends it for ages 8 and up. The 24 fl oz size and 1.0 lb weight suit grade-school kids; younger children may do better with a smaller, lighter bottle.

Does it fit in a car cup holder?

Yes. Stanley lists it as car cup holder compatible, and its base is about 3.5 by 4.1 inches.

Can it go in the dishwasher?

Yes, it is dishwasher safe. Placing the straw and lid parts on the top rack helps them last longer.
