Questions and answers

Is the 2000W rating real?
No. The 2000W is a peak marketing figure and the rated output is 1200W, both well above what this amp delivers continuously. Expect enough volume for a room or small party, not concert levels.
What do I need to get sound?
You need passive speakers and speaker wire, since there is no built-in speaker. A microphone and RCA or 3.5mm cables are optional for karaoke and aux sources.
Does it work with a phone?
Yes. It has Bluetooth and a 3.5mm jack, so you can stream from a phone or plug in directly. USB and SD slots play files from a stick or card.
Is it good for karaoke?
It has a microphone input with echo and reverb, which is the main reason to buy it. The effects are basic, but they work for casual singing at home.
Can I connect it to a TV?
Only through the 3.5mm or AUX input, using the TV's headphone or line output. There is no HDMI or optical input.
When is it cheapest?
Budget amps like this usually drop around major sales events and holidays. Check the price history on this page before buying.
