Questions and answers

Is the Sunoyar tent worth buying?
At $71.99 it is cheap for a six-person tent, but the 2.6 out of 5 rating signals real durability and weather complaints. It suits light, fair-weather trips, not serious four-season camping.
Does it really sleep six people?
The listing says six, but one-room tents at this price usually fit six only shoulder to shoulder with no gear. Four adults plus bags is more realistic.
Is it really a four-season tent?
It is sold as four-season, but owners report leaks and condensation. Treat it as a three-season tent and avoid heavy snow or sustained rain.
How does it compare with a name-brand instant tent?
Brands like Coleman and Core cost more but have better-reviewed poles and rainflies. The Sunoyar saves money up front and trades away weatherproofing and lifespan.
What comes in the box?
The tent and a carry bag are listed. Check the listing for stakes, guylines and a rainfly before your first trip, since those are often not included at this price.
When is the price lowest?
It has stayed at $71.99 since October 28, 2026, the only price on record. There is no cheaper period to wait for based on that history.
