Our take on the Superior 6-Piece Egyptian Cotton Towel Set

A six-piece Egyptian cotton towel set in washcloth, hand and fingertip sizes, sold as a coordinated bundle. Egyptian cotton is the draw: longer fibers that tend to feel softer and hold up better than standard cotton. At $46.94 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range across the six stores that carry it new.

Questions and answers

Is this set worth it at $46.94?
At $46.94 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, it is near the bottom of its recent range. That is a fair price for six Egyptian cotton pieces, provided you want hand and fingertip sizes rather than bath towels.
Does the set include a bath towel?
No. The six pieces are washcloths, hand towels and fingertip towels. You would need to buy bath towels separately to complete the set.
Is the Egyptian cotton genuine?
Superior labels the cotton as Egyptian, but the listing gives no fiber-length or certification details. Treat the claim as a marketing description rather than a verified standard.
How should I wash them to limit lint?
Wash separately in cold or warm water the first few times and tumble dry low. Buyers who did this report less shedding than those who washed them with other laundry.
When is the price lowest?
The current $46.94 is already at the low end of its recent range. Watch for further drops during home-goods sales events rather than expecting a big markdown.
