Is this kit worth it compared with strips or a dentist visit?

It costs less than in-office whitening and covers more teeth than strips because of the tray. Expect gradual results over the 9 or so treatments, not a single-session transformation.

Will it hurt sensitive teeth?

It is marketed for sensitive teeth, but peroxide can still cause temporary sensitivity. Start with shorter sessions and stop if gums sting.

How many treatments do I get?

The listing says the gel covers 9 or more treatments. Refills are sold separately, so factor that into the total cost.

Does the blue light actually whiten?

Evidence that blue light adds much beyond the peroxide gel is limited. The gel does most of the work; the light is a bonus.

When is the price lowest?

Whitening kits often drop around seasonal sales and bundle promotions. Check the price history chart to see whether the current price is near its low.

A blue-light accelerator, a mouthpiece and the whitening gel. You supply nothing else.
