Is the TEMPUR-Cloud Hybrid worth it over the TEMPUR-Cloud?

The hybrid adds coils, so it feels bouncier and sleeps cooler than the all-foam TEMPUR-Cloud. If you want the classic slow-sinking Tempur feel, the foam version is closer; if you want more pushback, the hybrid is the better pick.

Tempur-Pedic rates it medium. Most side and back sleepers find it supportive, but stomach sleepers and fans of very soft beds may want something firmer or plusher.

Does it work with an adjustable base?

Yes. The coil-and-foam construction bends, so it works on adjustable bases as well as standard foundations and slatted frames.

The mattress arrives compressed and rolled in a box. You unbox it, put it on your frame and let it expand, which usually takes a day or so.

Tempur-Pedic discounts mostly around major holiday sales and Memorial Day/Labor Day events. Watch the price history rather than buying at list.

Our take on the Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Cloud Hybrid Mattress, Queen

The TEMPUR-Cloud Hybrid is Tempur-Pedic's entry-level hybrid: a layer of TEMPUR-Material over an innerspring core, sold in a medium feel and shipped compressed in a box. It is the brand's answer to bed-in-a-box hybrids, and it is built in the US. It is the cheapest way into Tempur-Pedic's foam, but it is still priced well above most boxed hybrids.
