Is the ThermoMaven grinder set worth it at $25?

At $25.00 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is cheap for a rechargeable pair with ceramic burrs. Two stores price it new, so check both before buying.

How do I charge the grinders?

Each grinder charges over USB-C, and the set includes two Type-C cables. A full charge typically lasts weeks of normal daily use.

Can I use it for both salt and pepper?

Yes. The set is meant for salt and pepper, and the two mills run at different speeds suited to each.

How coarse can it grind?

There are six coarseness settings, from fine to coarse, adjusted on the ceramic grinder.

Are the grinders dishwasher safe?

No. The manufacturer lists no dishwasher-safe parts, so wipe the stainless steel body and hopper by hand.
