Questions and answers

Do I need a license to use these radios?

No. They operate on FRS channels, which are license-free in the US. Just stay on the FRS power limits.

Are they really waterproof?

They are rated IP67, which means dust-tight and able to survive brief immersion in water. That is more than splash resistance, but it is not a diving rating.

How many radios come in the box?

The listing does not spell out the pack contents. Tidradio sells this model as a pair, but confirm the quantity and included accessories before ordering.

What is the range?

Tidradio does not publish a range figure here. FRS radios typically reach about a mile in open terrain and much less inside buildings or dense woods.

Is $33.98 a good price?

Only two stores list it new, and $33.98 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026 is the best of them. With so little competition, expect the price to stay close to this.

Do they work with other walkie talkies?

Yes, if the other radios are also FRS and set to the same channel. They will not talk to GMRS-only or encrypted digital radios.

Where is the Tidradio TD-M11 Plus Walkie Talkies cheapest?

At Walmart, for $33.98, as of our latest check.

Where can I buy the Tidradio TD-M11 Plus Walkie Talkies?
