Are the totes Jacob boots actually waterproof?

Yes. The upper is waterproof nylon with a polyester lining, so rain and slush stay out. They are not rated for standing in deep water.

They have a winter lining for cold-weather wear, but no temperature rating is given. They suit typical winter days better than extreme cold.

Do they run true to size?

Sizing feedback is mixed, so try them on or check the store's size chart. The listed pair is US 13.

It is the best new price found as of November 8, 2026, at Kohl's, with two stores listing the boot new. That is low for a waterproof winter boot.

One pair of boots. No extra laces or care kit is listed.

They are casual winter boots with a rubber and EVA outsole, not hiking boots. Fine for sidewalks and errands, not for trails.
