TRIXIE products: prices and price history
Questions and answers
- When does TRIXIE go on sale?
- TRIXIE discounts mostly appear during retailer promotions rather than a fixed brand sale calendar. Big pet chains and general marketplaces tend to cut prices around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and spring outdoor-season events. Check the price history on each product page to see whether a current price is above or below its usual level.
- Where is TRIXIE cheapest?
- Large online marketplaces and pet superstores usually undercut independent pet shops on TRIXIE crates and cat houses. Shipping cost matters on the bulky wooden items, so compare the delivered price, not just the sticker. Deal.ai compares each store's price for the same product so you can see the gap.
- What are TRIXIE's best-known products?
- TRIXIE is best known for wooden indoor dog crate furniture, multi-story outdoor cat houses, scratching posts and small-animal hutches. Its outdoor cat houses are popular because they give community cats a sheltered, raised space with multiple levels. The wooden crate furniture doubles as an end table, which suits apartments.
- What is TRIXIE's return policy?
- Returns are handled by the store you buy from, not by TRIXIE directly, so the window and conditions depend on the retailer. Wooden cat houses and crate furniture are large items, and some stores charge return shipping or restocking fees on them. Confirm the retailer's policy before ordering.
- Are TRIXIE outdoor cat houses weatherproof?
- TRIXIE's outdoor wooden cat houses are built for sheltered outdoor use, with raised floors and hinged roofs for access. The wood needs periodic treatment or a covered spot to hold up through wet winters. They are not heated, so add bedding or a heat pad in freezing weather.
