The Turin DF83V V3 is a single-dose electric flat-burr grinder built around 83 mm red titanium-coated espresso burrs and a variable-speed motor. It is aimed at espresso drinkers who want to dial in speed as well as grind size, and its small 1.6 oz bean capacity suits weighing doses rather than filling a hopper. It is a niche, enthusiast-level machine rather than a mainstream countertop grinder.

Only a handful of ratings exist, all 5 out of 5, so owner feedback is thin. The pattern is that buyers rate the grind quality and speed highly.
