Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier with Color Changing Light

Our take on the Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier with Color Changing Light

A small ultrasonic humidifier that puts out cool mist and doubles as a color-changing night light. At 7 x 6 x 6 inches it fits on a nightstand or desk, so it suits one small room rather than a whole floor. The best new price is $10.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no price history to compare against. At that price it is a low-cost entry point, not a long-term investment.

Questions and answers

Is this humidifier worth $10.99?

For a small bedroom or desk, yes. It is one of the cheapest ways to add cool mist and a night light. Expect to refill it often and to use distilled water.

How big a room will it humidify?

The 7 x 6 x 6 inch body points to a small tank, so treat it as a single-room or bedside unit. It will not raise humidity across a large open living space.

Does it shut off when the water runs out?

No auto shutoff is listed. Run it dry and the ultrasonic disc can overheat, so check the water level before bed.

What water should I use?

Distilled or filtered water. Tap water minerals get pushed into the air as white dust that settles on furniture.

Is the light required to run it?

The color-changing light is a separate feature. You can run the mist without it if you want a dark room.

When is the price lowest?

At $10.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026 it is already near the bottom for a humidifier. With one store listing it, there is little room for further discounts.

Where is the Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier with Color Changing Light cheapest?

At Walmart, for $10.99, as of our latest check.
