Is this sofa big enough for three people?

No. At 72 inches wide it seats two adults comfortably and a third only tightly. Measure your room before buying if you need three full seats.

Does faux leather hold up with pets and kids?

Spills and crumbs wipe off easily, which helps with kids. Claws can scratch or puncture the surface, and faux leather may peel after several years of heavy use.

The seat height is 16.25 inches, slightly lower than a typical sofa. That is comfortable for most adults but harder for people with knee or hip issues.

What are the full dimensions?

It measures 29.5 inches high, 72 inches wide and 33 inches deep. Check doorways and stair turns against the 72-inch width before delivery.

Does it come assembled?

Most sofas of this type ship with the legs off and need the arms or legs attached. Expect to bolt on the wooden legs and tighten them before use.

When is the best time to buy?

Furniture discounts cluster around holiday sales and end-of-season clearances. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.

Our take on the Union Rustic Choudhury 72 Faux Leather Sofa, Black

The Union Rustic Choudhury is a 72-inch black faux leather sofa with a low 29.5-inch back, square arms and wooden legs. Its compact footprint and 16.25-inch seat height suit small living rooms, apartments and dens. The rustic styling leans toward a lodge or farmhouse look rather than a sleek modern one. It is a two-seat sofa, not a full three-seater.
