Seven pieces: jar lifter, lid lifter, funnel, headspace/bubble tool, jar wrench and a brush, depending on how the set is packed. No pot, rack or jars are included.

Is it worth it for a beginner?

Yes if you already own a large pot with a rack. The set covers the small tools that are annoying to buy one at a time, and you can upgrade individual pieces later.

Does it work for pressure canning?

The tools are for handling jars and lids, so they work alongside a pressure canner. The set itself contains no canner and is not rated for pressure use.

Will the jar lifter fit wide-mouth jars?

Most lifters of this style grip both regular and wide-mouth jars, but check the jaw width before buying if you use mostly wide-mouth pints and quarts.

Sets like this usually drop in late summer and early fall, at the end of canning season. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.
