At $12.99 it is a cheap way to try flame-free wax melting. Expect a decorative piece rather than a high-output warmer, and budget for bulbs and wax.

How does it compare with a hot-plate warmer?

A bulb warmer like this heats more slowly and gives gentler scent throw. Hot-plate warmers melt faster and stronger but often cost more and look more utilitarian.

Does it need batteries?

No. It plugs into a wall outlet and has no rechargeable battery. The only consumable is the heating bulb.

It is 6.69 inches tall and 3.74 inches wide and deep, and weighs 0.72 lb. That fits on a nightstand or desk but holds only a small amount of wax.

What comes in the box?

Expect the warmer itself and a cord with a switch. Wax melts and spare bulbs are usually sold separately, so check before ordering.

Its recent low was $12.99 on November 2, 2026, only a dollar under the $13.99 high on October 31, 2026. The price barely moves, so waiting rarely saves much.
