Is 320 ft-lbs enough for car lug nuts?

Yes for most passenger cars, which typically need 80 to 150 ft-lbs. It will struggle on seized or heavy-truck fasteners, where 500 ft-lbs or more is the norm.

Does it come with a battery and charger?

The listing says batteries are included and the kit has 23 pieces. Confirm the charger and exact battery count before ordering, since budget kits vary.

What does the missing NRTL certification mean?

NRTL means a recognized safety lab such as UL or ETL tested the tool. Without it, the battery and charger have not been independently certified, so charge with care and do not leave it unattended.

Will standard 1/2-inch impact sockets fit?

Yes. The 1/2-inch square drive takes standard impact sockets. Use impact-rated sockets, not chrome hand sockets, which can crack under impact load.

How does it compare with a name-brand wrench?

It costs far less, but expect lower real-world torque, weaker batteries and no warranty network. For occasional home use that trade-off can be fine; for daily work, a DeWalt, Milwaukee or Makita is the safer buy.
