Are these good for running and gym workouts?

Yes. The earhook design keeps them anchored during movement, and the IPX7 rating handles sweat and rain. They are a reasonable pick for jogging, lifting and hiking.

How long does the battery last?

The listing does not state playback time per charge. It does say a 15-minute charge gives about 1 hour of playback, so plan on topping up between sessions.

Can I wear them in the shower or rain?

IPX7 means they survive sweat, rain and accidental brief immersion. Do not swim with them, and dry them before putting them back in the case.

Do they work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. Bluetooth 5.4 connects to any Bluetooth device, including iPhones, Android phones, tablets and laptops, within about 33 feet.

Do they cancel noise?

The noise cancelling is on the microphones, so callers hear less background noise. There is no active noise cancellation for what you hear, so loud gyms will still come through.
