Does it need a box spring?

No. The frame has slats and is designed as a platform, so a full mattress sits directly on it.

Is a mattress included?

No. The price covers the frame and storage drawer only; you buy a full-size mattress separately.

How much clearance does the drawer need?

Leave open floor space on the drawer side so it can slide out fully. Measure your room before placing the bed against a wall.

Is $159.99 a good price?

It is the only new price found as of November 7, 2026, so there is no recent range to compare. Full-size storage beds often cost more, but check other stores before deciding.

What size mattress fits?

A standard full-size mattress, 54 by 75 inches.

Is it hard to assemble?

It is a wood-and-steel frame that ships flat. Two people make it easier, and you will need basic tools.
