Is $79.98 a good price for this tree?

It is the only new price listed, $79.98 at Lowe's as of November 7, 2026, so there is no lower recent price to beat. Compare it with other 6-ft pre-lit pencil trees before deciding.

How wide is a pencil tree compared with a full tree?

Pencil trees are built narrow, typically around half the width of a full 6-ft tree. That makes this one a fit for corners and hallways but tight for large ornament collections.

Are the lights already on the tree?

Yes. It is pre-lit, so the lights are strung at the factory and you only need to plug it in and shape the branches.

Does the flocking shed?

Flocked trees commonly drop some fake snow during setup and when packed away. Handle the branches gently and expect a light cleanup.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

No. PVC flocked trees are made for indoor display; moisture and weather will damage the flocking and wiring.
