Questions and answers

Does it need a hub or extra bridge?

No. WiFi is built into the lock, so it connects to your home network directly and you control it from the app.

Will it fit my existing door?

It replaces a standard deadbolt and fits typical 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inch doors. Check your backset and door prep before buying, since the lever handles replace your current ones.

How is it powered?

It runs on AA batteries, and WiFi use shortens battery life compared with Bluetooth-only locks. Keep spare batteries on hand and watch the low-battery alert in the app.

Can I still use a key?

This model is keyless, so entry is by fingerprint, code or app. Plan for a backup method, such as a code shared with a neighbor, in case the battery dies.

Is $99.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed, at Walmart as of November 8, 2026. WiFi fingerprint locks with two handles often sell for more, so it is a fair entry price, but there is no recent range to compare against.

Where is the Veise WiFi Fingerprint Smart Lock with 2 Lever Handle Set cheapest?

At Walmart, for $99.99, as of our latest check.

What do buyers say about the Veise WiFi Fingerprint Smart Lock with 2 Lever Handle Set?
