Viva Soria Saddle Brown Top-Grain Leather Loveseat

Our take on the Viva Soria Saddle Brown Top-Grain Leather Loveseat

The Viva Soria is a two-seat loveseat in saddle brown top-grain leather over a wood frame. Top-grain leather is the durable upper layer of the hide, so it should wear better than bonded or split leather and develop a patina over time. The listed dimensions are unusual: 35 inches long and 60 inches deep reads more like a deep chair than a standard loveseat, so confirm the orientation before ordering. At $979 at Ornate Home as of November 4, 2026, it is the only best price we have; with just two stores listing it new, there is no meaningful recent range to compare against.

Questions and answers

Is $979 a good price for this loveseat?

It is the best new price we have, $979 at Ornate Home as of November 4, 2026. With only two stores listing it, there is little history to say whether it runs high or low, so compare both listings before buying.

Is top-grain leather worth it over bonded leather?

Yes, generally. Top-grain is the upper layer of the hide and holds up for years, while bonded leather is shredded scraps glued to a backing and tends to peel. Expect the Soria to outlast a bonded-leather loveseat at a similar price.

What are the real dimensions?

The listing gives 35 inches long and 60 inches deep, which is deeper than long. Measure your space and check with the store which side is the seat width before ordering.

Does it come assembled?

Most leather loveseats in this class ship with the frame assembled and only the legs to attach. Confirm with Ornate Home, since the listing does not say.

How do I care for the leather?

Dust weekly and condition the leather two to three times a year with a product made for top-grain leather. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat vents to prevent drying and cracking.
