Is this TV worth $349.99?

For a 50-inch 4K set with full-array backlighting and Dolby Vision, $349.99 at Amazon as of November 3, 2026 is a fair budget price. Comparable 50-inch sets from major brands often cost more, though they usually have faster smart platforms.

Does it support Dolby Vision and HDR10+?

Yes. The set lists Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support alongside standard HDR, which is rare at this price and useful with streaming services.

Is 60 Hz good enough for gaming?

It is fine for casual and story-driven games at 4K 60 Hz. Competitive shooter players will notice the lack of a 120 Hz panel and variable refresh rate.

Can I mount it on a wall?

Yes. It uses a VESA 200 x 200 mm bracket, a common size, and the 50-inch panel is light enough for most standard mounts.

You get the TV, a stand, a remote and a power cable. HDMI cables are not included, so plan to supply your own.

Vizio sets typically drop during Black Friday and Super Bowl sales. With only one new-price listing at $349.99 as of November 3, 2026, watch for holiday discounts before buying.

The Vizio 50-Inch Class 4K UHD LED HDR Smart TV is a budget 50-inch LCD set with a full-array LED backlight, Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support, and three HDMI ports. It runs Vizio's SmartCast platform with Google Assistant and Alexa voice control, and its 60 Hz panel suits movies, streaming and casual gaming rather than fast competitive play.
