Is the VIZIO V4K75M-08 worth it?

For a 75-inch 4K TV at $449 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, yes, if size and price matter more than deep blacks. It covers the main HDR formats and has HDMI 2.1 with VRR.

Does it have local dimming or a 120 Hz panel?

No. It uses a full-array backlight without local dimming and runs at 60 Hz, so it is not the pick for dark-room movie buffs or high-frame-rate gaming.

Is it good for PS5 and Xbox Series X?

It has HDMI 2.1 and VRR and switches to a game mode when a console is detected, but the 60 Hz panel caps frame rates. It suits casual console play more than competitive gaming.

Do I need a soundbar?

Most owners say yes. The built-in 20 W stereo speakers are fine for news but thin for movies, and the set supports QuickFit setup with select VIZIO soundbars.

The TV, its legs, the VIZIO Voice Remote and power cable. A wall mount is not included; the set is VESA-mount compatible.

Large TVs like this typically drop around Black Friday and the Super Bowl. The current best new price is $449 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026.
