Our take on the VLH 32" FHD Smart Portable TV on Wheels

The VLH 32" FHD Smart Portable TV on Wheels is a 1080p LCD smart TV built into a rolling stand, so it can move between rooms, a patio or a booth. Its 32-inch screen and 40.8 lb frame make it a one-person roll rather than a carry. The pink finish is the main style hook. It is a niche product, so check the current price against comparable 32-inch smart TVs plus a separate rolling stand before buying.

Cons

Questions and answers

Is a 32-inch TV big enough for a living room?
It works for a bedroom, kitchen or small apartment, but it is small for a main sofa viewing distance of more than about 6 feet. Most living rooms suit 43 inches and up.
Can I mount this TV on a wall?
No. The screen is fixed to the rolling stand, so it is a floor-standing unit only. Plan around the stand footprint.
Does it need a separate streaming device?
It is a smart TV, so it has built-in streaming apps and needs only Wi-Fi. A streaming stick is useful only if an app you want is missing.
Is 1080p enough at 32 inches?
Yes. At normal viewing distance a 1080p panel looks sharp on a 32-inch screen, and 4K adds little at this size.
How hard is it to move?
It rolls on its wheels on flat floors, but at 40.8 lb it is awkward to carry up stairs or over thresholds. One adult can roll it; two should lift it.
When is the best time to buy?
Prices on small smart TVs drop around Black Friday and back-to-school sales. Check the price history before buying, since list prices on niche units move less often.
