Our take on the VLH 32" FHD Smart Portable TV on Wheels, Google EDLA-Certified Android 15

The VLH 32" FHD Smart Portable TV on Wheels is a 1080p LCD set built into a rolling stand, aimed at people who want a TV that moves between rooms. It runs Google EDLA-certified Android 15, so it has the full Google Play store and Google Assistant rather than a stripped-down smart layer. The 32-inch panel is small and the 40.8 lb body is heavy for a portable, so it suits secondary rooms more than a main living room. It is sold in pink.

Questions and answers

Is a 32-inch 1080p TV worth it over a 720p one?
Yes, if you sit within about 4 to 6 feet. At 32 inches, 1080p looks noticeably sharper than 720p for text, menus and streaming apps. From across a large room the difference is hard to see.
Does it have the full Google Play Store?
Yes. Google EDLA certification means it ships with Google Play services and the Play Store, so Netflix, YouTube and other apps install normally. That is more than many budget Android TVs offer.
Can I move it between rooms easily?
The wheels make it easy to roll across flat floors and through doorways. At 40.8 lb, lifting it up stairs or over thresholds is a two-person job.
Is it good for outdoor use?
No. It is an indoor LCD TV with no weather sealing or outdoor brightness rating. Sunlight will wash out the picture, and moisture can damage it.
What comes in the box?
Expect the TV, its wheeled stand, a remote and a power cable. Check the listing for the exact accessory list before ordering.
When is the best time to buy it?
Small TVs usually drop around Black Friday, back-to-school and Prime Day events. Watch the price history and buy when it sits near its recent low.
