Is the Balliet sectional good for a small apartment?

No. At 119.5 inches wide and 34 inches deep it needs a large room. Measure your wall and walking clearance before buying.

Does it come fully assembled?

No. It ships as six pieces and needs assembly. Plan for a couple of hours and a second person to move the sections.

What is the fabric like?

The cover is chenille, a soft, textured weave. It feels plush but can crush or pill where people sit most.

Can the sections be rearranged into an L-shape?

Yes. The six pieces are stationary and separate, so you can set them in a straight run or an L, depending on your room.

How do the cushions hold up?

The fill is foam, which is comfortable at first but tends to soften over a year or two of daily use. Rotate and fluff the cushions to extend their life.

Our take on the Wade Logan Balliet Upholstered Sectional

The Wade Logan Balliet is a six-piece stationary sectional in chenille, sized 119.5 inches wide by 34 inches deep and 33 inches high. It seats a crowd and the chenille cover gives it a softer, more textured look than flat-weave fabric. It ships as six pieces, so expect to assemble and connect the sections on arrival. It is a large-room piece: at nearly 10 feet wide it needs a wall or open floor plan with real clearance.
