Our take on the Wade Logan Mick Velvet Sofa

The Wade Logan Mick is an 84-inch tuxedo-arm sofa in velvet, with a solid wood frame, foam cushions and a 750 lb weight capacity. Its reversible, removable cushions and pillow back make it easy to flip and clean, and the low 32-inch height suits open living rooms. It is a large piece: 84 inches wide and 34 inches deep, so measure the room and doorways first.

Questions and answers

Is the Mick sofa worth it?
For buyers who want a large velvet sofa with a solid wood frame and washable-friendly removable cushions, it is a strong value. Skip it if you need a soft, sink-in seat or have a small room.
How firm is the seat?
The foam fill is on the firm side, which helps it keep shape and supports the 750 lb rating. Shoppers wanting a plush couch should look at down-wrapped or feather-blend cushions.
Will it fit through my door?
At 84 inches wide and 34 inches deep, check doorways and hallways before ordering. The removable cushions help, but the frame itself is the limiting piece.
Is velvet hard to keep clean?
Velvet needs regular brushing and vacuuming, and it shows lint and pet hair. The removable, reversible cushions make rotating and spot cleaning easier.
What colors does it come in?
It is offered in multiple velvet colors, including dark navy blue. Availability varies by listing, so confirm the color before buying.
When is it cheapest?
Sofa prices at large furniture retailers typically drop during major holiday sales and clearance events. Track the price history and compare stores rather than buying at list price.
