The Weber Original Kettle is the classic 22-inch charcoal grill: a porcelain-enameled bowl and lid, a nickel-plated steel grate, and a one-touch ash-cleaning system. It grills for a crowd, holds temperature well once you learn vent control, and doubles as a smoker for ribs and pork shoulder with a two-zone setup. The latest best price is $149.00 at the only store tracked so far, as of October 29, 2026, so there is no lower recent price to wait for.

Owners rate it 4.7 out of 5 across about 3,300 ratings, and the pattern is consistent: it is simple, durable and turns out good food for the money. Complaints center on assembly time and on the thin metal of the legs and ash catcher.
