How firm is the Dekalb sofa?

West Elm rates the seat a 4 out of 5 for firmness, so it is firm with some give. The fiber-wrapped foam cores soften slightly with use but stay supportive.

Yes. It is genuine top-grain leather, and color and texture vary from hide to hide. Expect the surface to darken and crease with use.

Can I remove the cushion covers?

The seat and back cushion covers zip off for cleaning. The cushions themselves are loose and non-reversible, so flip them only if the covers allow it.

Will it fit through my door?

At 85 inches long, check your doorway, stairwell and turn radius before ordering. The legs are non-removable, so the frame cannot be broken down.

What is included with delivery?

White-glove delivery includes in-home placement, full assembly and packaging removal. The sofa arrives assembled apart from placement.

How do I care for the leather?

Dust regularly and wipe spills promptly with a soft damp cloth. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat to limit fading and drying.
