Our take on the West Elm Harmony Modular Sectional Set Left Arm Sofa + Right Arm Chaise Skirted Slipcover Down

The West Elm Harmony Modular Sectional is a two-piece L-shaped set: a left-arm sofa plus a right-arm chaise, 122 inches wide and 65 inches deep, with a skirted slipcover in performance distressed velvet. It has a down-wrapped feel, loose reversible cushions with zip-off covers, and lumbar and throw pillows included. The frame is engineered hardwood with concealed supports and a 20-inch seat height. The best new price is $4,318.40 at West Elm as of November 3, 2026, the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare it against.

Questions and answers

Is the Harmony sectional worth $4,318.40?
It is a large two-piece sectional with down cushions and washable slipcovers, which is competitive for its size at West Elm. Whether it is worth it depends on how much you value the deep chaise and slipcover cleaning over a firmer, lower-maintenance sofa.
How does it compare with a standard Harmony sofa?
This set adds a chaise and a wider 103-inch seat, so it seats more people and offers a lounge spot. A standard sofa is smaller, cheaper and easier to fit in a narrow room.
Do the slipcovers come off for washing?
Yes. The loose, reversible cushions have zip-off covers, and the skirted slipcover is removable. Check the care label before machine washing the performance velvet.
Will it fit through my door and into my room?
It ships as separate modules, which helps with doorways, but the assembled footprint is 122 inches wide by 65 inches deep. Measure the delivery path and leave clearance around the chaise.
What is included in the set?
You get the left-arm sofa, the right-arm chaise, lumbar pillows and throw pillows. The frame, skirted slipcover and cushion covers are all part of the set.
When is the best time to buy?
West Elm runs seasonal furniture promotions, often around major holidays. With only one new price listed as of November 3, 2026, watch for a sale rather than expecting a standing discount.
Where is the West Elm Harmony Modular Sectional Set Left Arm Sofa + Right Arm Chaise Skirted Slipcover Down cheapest?
At west elm, for $4,318.40, as of our latest check.
