Is the Harmony sectional good for a small apartment?

Yes. The small configuration is built for tight rooms, and the two pieces can be separated if you move to a different layout.

Can I add pieces later?

The Harmony line is modular, so matching pieces are sold separately. Check that the leather and frame options still match before you buy.

How do I care for the leather?

Dust weekly and condition every few months with a leather conditioner. Keep it out of direct sun and wipe spills promptly.

Does it come assembled?

It ships in two pieces that lock together. Most buyers only need to attach the pieces and fluff the cushions.

Is leather a good choice with pets?

Leather wipes clean of hair and accidents, but claws can scratch it. A distressed or protected finish hides marks better than smooth leather.

West Elm runs sectional sales around major holidays and clearance events. Watch for markdowns on floor models and discontinued leather colors.

Our take on the West Elm Harmony Modular Small Sectional with Chaise

The West Elm Harmony Modular Small Sectional with Chaise is a two-piece leather sectional with a wood frame and pillow-back cushions. Its modular design lets you separate the chaise and sofa pieces or rearrange them later. Leather upholstery and down-wrapped pillow backs give it a softer, more relaxed look than a tight-back sofa. It is a compact sectional aimed at apartments and smaller living rooms.
