Will the iGen4500c run a 15,000 BTU RV air conditioner?

Usually yes. A 15,000 BTU RV AC draws roughly 3,000 to 3,500 starting watts, which fits under the 5,000 peak rating, but running other appliances at the same time gets close to the 3,900-watt limit.

How loud is it in practice?

Westinghouse rates it as low as 52 dBA, which is quiet for a 4,500-watt-class generator. Expect louder output as load rises toward the full 3,900 running watts.

Does it have a propane option?

No. The iGen4500c is gasoline only, with a 3.4-gallon tank and a fuel gauge. Westinghouse sells dual-fuel models separately if propane matters to you.

What comes in the box?

The generator, a remote start fob, a wheel kit, a battery for the remote start, and a funnel and tool kit for setup.

How does it compare with the iGen4500?

The core output is the same at 3,900 running and 5,000 peak watts. The c version adds the CO sensor shutoff, which is the main reason to pick it over older stock.

Inverter generators tend to drop around fall and early winter, after storm season, and during Black Friday sales. Prices also move with demand after hurricanes and outages.

The Westinghouse iGen4500c is a gasoline inverter generator rated at 3,900 running watts and 5,000 peak watts, with a 3.4-gallon tank and up to 18 hours of runtime at low load. It stands out for remote start, a built-in CO sensor that shuts the unit off, and quiet operation as low as 52 dBA.
