Questions and answers

Is the Windmill Air Purifier Max worth it?
It fits large rooms and adds app, voice and sensor features that cheaper purifiers lack. If you only need a small bedroom unit, a smaller model will cost less.
What size room does it really clean?
Windmill claims up to 1,950 sq ft, but AHAM verifies 450 sq ft. Treat 450 sq ft as the realistic figure for full air changes.
How often do I replace the filter?
Windmill recommends a new filter roughly every six to twelve months, depending on use and dust. The app tracks filter life and tells you when to order.
Does it work with Alexa and Google Assistant?
Yes. It connects over Wi-Fi and works with Amazon Echo and Google Assistant, and you can also control it from the Windmill app.
How loud is it at night?
Sleep mode runs well below the 54 dB Boost figure and adds white noise. Boost is loud enough to notice in the same room.
