Questions and answers

Is Mist N Shine a wax or a detailer?
It is a spray detailer, not a wax. It cleans light soil and adds slickness between waxings, but it does not replace a protective coat.
Will it scratch paint or chrome?
Wizards says it will not scratch and will not streak. Use a clean microfiber towel and wipe off dust before spraying on heavy grit.
Can I use it on Lexan and plastics?
Yes. The maker lists Lexan, chrome, paint and plastics as compatible surfaces, which covers motorcycle windshields and boat panels.
Is it safe on a ceramic-coated car?
It is a mild spray detailer, so it is generally fine on coated paint for touch-ups. It adds little durability, so rely on the coating for protection.
What comes in the box?
One 22 oz spray bottle, plus a Wizards mini LED flashlight and a Wizards can koozie.
When is it cheapest?
The best new price was $12.96 at Eagle National Supply Co as of November 4, 2026. Watch for bundle deals, since the extras can make a higher price the better value.
