Our take on the Wonnie 7.5" Dual Screen Portable DVD Player for Car

The Wonnie is a dual-screen portable DVD player for cars: one 7.5-inch screen holds the disc drive and a second screen mirrors the picture for a passenger in back. It runs on 12V car power and USB, and the black housing is built to strap to headrests. At $79.99 at Walmart as of November 6, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare it against.

Questions and answers

Does the second screen need its own power?
The second screen connects to the main unit, which carries the disc drive, and both run from the car power adapter or USB. Plan on one cable run to the back seat.
Can it play discs on both screens at once?
Yes. One disc plays in the main unit and the picture is mirrored to the second screen, so both passengers watch the same movie.
Is $79.99 a good price?
It is the only new price listed, $79.99 at Walmart as of November 6, 2026, so there is no recent low to compare. For a dual-screen DVD kit it is a budget-level price.
What comes in the box?
Expect the main 7.5-inch player, the second screen, a car power adapter and the cable linking the two screens. Check the listing for a remote or mounting straps.
Will it fit my car's headrests?
The screens are 7.5 inches and designed to mount on headrests, but strap fit varies by seat. Measure your headrest before buying.
Does it work without a car?
It is built for 12V car power, so in-home use needs a separate AC adapter. Treat it as a car-only player unless you buy one.
Where is the Wonnie 7.5" Dual Screen Portable DVD Player for Car cheapest?
At Walmart, for $79.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Wonnie 7.5" Dual Screen Portable DVD Player for Car?
Rated 3.5 out of 5 from 27 ratings.
