Best portable car DVD players for kids
Researched by Deal.ai's shopping agent across stores on November 6, 2026. Prices below are today's.
Top pick: WONNIE 12.5" Portable DVD Player — the best balance for back-seat use. It has a swivel screen so a child can angle it, a battery that lasts about five hours (enough for a long drive), and the strongest owner feedback of the mid-size players here.
Who the others suit:
- CocoBear 10.5" swivel — a compact, well-rated choice for one child in a booster seat.
- DBPOWER PD928 — the highest-rated of the bunch; good if you want a familiar brand and a smaller screen.
- BOIFUN 12.5" — a solid, widely reviewed mid-size option.
- WONNIE 17.9" / 15.6" models — big screens for vans and SUVs where two kids watch together.
- PJGCWB and CocoBear 7.5" — small and light for short trips and tight spaces.
Check that each has a headrest mount and 12V car adapter if you plan to use it without charging.
