Is the Montclair sofa worth it?

It suits shoppers who want a modular chaise with storage at a mid-market price. Check the current price against its recent range and confirm the frame and fabric meet your needs before buying.

How does it compare with a standard sectional?

The Montclair is armless and comes in four loose pieces, so it is easier to move and rearrange than a fixed sectional. A standard sectional usually offers more built-in support and a firmer, more anchored feel.

Can the chaise go on either side?

Yes. Because the pieces are modular, you can place the chaise section on the left or right to fit your room.

What is the frame and fabric made of?

The frame is rubber wood and composite wood, and the upholstery is polyester. Both are common at this price point but less durable than solid hardwood and performance fabrics.

Are the cushions removable?

The back cushions and corner seat cushions are removable, which makes cleaning and rotating them easier. Check that the covers are machine washable before you buy.

When is the best time to buy?

World Market runs frequent furniture sales and member promotions. Track the price history here and buy when it drops below its recent range.
