Questions and answers

Is the Xanapon knife set worth it?
At $16.99 at Walmart as of October 28, 2026, it is a low-risk starter set. Expect budget-level steel that needs regular sharpening rather than a lifelong kitchen tool.
Are the knives dishwasher safe?
Yes, the set is listed as dishwasher safe. Hand washing and drying will keep the edges sharper longer, since dishwasher heat and detergent wear blades down.
What is included in the box?
You get an 8-inch chef's knife, 7.5-inch bread knife, 7.5-inch slicing knife, 5-inch utility knife, 3.5-inch paring knife, kitchen scissors and the storage block.
Does the block sharpen the knives?
Yes, the storage block has a built-in knife sharpener. Pull each knife through it as needed to refresh the edge.
How big is the knife block?
The block measures about 4.72 by 3.94 by 13.62 inches, so it needs roughly a 5-inch-wide strip of counter space.
When is the price lowest?
The only recorded daily price is $16.99 at Walmart on October 28, 2026. Watch for holiday and housewarming-season discounts, when knife sets often drop.
