Is the Xanapon knife set worth $15.99?

At $15.99 on eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is one of the cheapest ways to get a full block set with a sharpener. Expect decent everyday cutting, not long-term edge holding.

Are the knives really dishwasher safe?

The set is listed as dishwasher safe, but high-carbon stainless steel does better hand-dried. Dishwasher heat and detergent can dull edges and spot the blades over time.

What is included in the 7 pieces?

A seven-piece count typically means six knives plus the block with its built-in sharpener. Confirm the exact knife list on the listing before buying.

How does it compare with a wooden-handle set?

Polypropylene handles are more water-resistant and cheaper, but feel lighter and less balanced. Wood or pakkawood handles cost more and need hand washing.

When is the price lowest?

With only two stores listing it new, the price is already near the floor. Watch for eBay coupons or holiday sales rather than expecting a big drop.

Our take on the Xanapon 7-Piece Kitchen Knife Block Set with Sharpener

The Xanapon 7-Piece Kitchen Knife Block Set pairs high-carbon stainless steel blades with polypropylene handles and a built-in sharpener in the block. Blades are full tang and the set is listed as dishwasher safe, which is unusual at this price. At $15.99 on eBay as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of what a seven-piece block set costs; only two stores list it new, so the price is unlikely to move much.
