Is the YnM 20 lb blanket too heavy for me?

Weighted blankets are usually chosen at about 10% of body weight. A 20 lb blanket suits adults around 140–200 lb; lighter sleepers should size down.

Does the cooling cover actually keep you cool?

The cover is breathable and helps compared with minky fabrics, but it is not actively cooled. In a warm room you will still feel heat.

Can I machine wash it?

Yes, it is machine washable, but a 20 lb full-size blanket needs a large-capacity machine and low-heat drying. Spot cleaning between washes is easier.

What size bed does the Full fit?

Full measures about 54 by 75 inches, sized for one adult on a full or queen bed. Two sleepers should choose a larger size.

That is a low price for a 20 lb cooling blanket from an established brand. It is a reasonable buy if the weight suits you and you have a large washer.

Weighted blankets tend to drop during Black Friday, Prime Day and back-to-school sales. Watch the price history rather than buying on impulse.
