Is the Geolandar CV G058 worth it?

At $186.08 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, it is a reasonable value for a 65,000-mile all-season tire in this size. The long warranty and high treadwear rating make it a low-cost-per-mile choice for family SUVs and minivans.

How does it compare with the Geolandar A/T G015?

The CV G058 is a road-focused touring tire with a quieter ride and longer treadwear warranty. The A/T G015 is an all-terrain tire with better off-road and snow traction but more road noise and faster wear.

Can I use it in snow?

It is M+S rated for light snow but does not carry the 3PMSF severe-snow symbol. For regular deep snow or ice, a dedicated winter tire is the safer choice.

What does 235/65R18 106V mean?

235 mm section width, a sidewall 65% as tall as the width, on an 18-inch wheel. Load index 106 means 2,094 lb per tire, and V allows up to 149 mph.

What is the treadwear warranty?

Yokohama covers it for 65,000 miles, with a five-year, 100,000 km warranty period. Keep rotation records to keep the coverage valid.
