Our take on the YOUNGFIT 3.5HP Walking Pad Treadmill with Desk Workstation

The YOUNGFIT 3.5HP Walking Pad is a foldable under-desk treadmill with an adjustable incline, a 450 lb weight capacity and a top speed of 8 mph. It ships with a desk workstation, so it doubles as a walking desk rather than only a floor pad. At $239.99 at Target as of November 5, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against. The 3.5HP motor rating and 8 mph top speed are high for a walking pad, which usually tops out around 4 mph.

Best forDesk workers who want to walk through calls and emailHeavier users who need a 450 lb rated deckSmall homes that need a treadmill to fold awayBuyers who want incline on a budget pad
Pros
  • 450 lb weight capacity is well above most walking pads
  • Adjustable incline adds resistance for flat walking
  • Folds for storage under a bed or against a wall
  • 8 mph top speed allows light jogging, not just walking
  • Includes a desk workstation for standing-desk use
Cons
  • Only one new price listed, so no price history to judge the deal
  • A desk attachment on a folding pad can feel less stable than a fixed desk
  • 8 mph on a short walking-pad belt is cramped for real running
  • Bulky and heavy once assembled, despite folding
  • No stated belt size, motor warranty or app support

Questions and answers

Is the YOUNGFIT walking pad worth $239.99?
At $239.99 at Target as of November 5, 2026, it is cheap for a folding pad with incline and a 450 lb rating. Comparable under-desk treadmills with those specs often cost more. It is a fair buy if you mainly walk at 2 to 4 mph.
Can you really run at 8 mph on it?
The motor is rated to 8 mph, but the belt on a folding walking pad is short. Most owners use these at walking pace. Treat 8 mph as a ceiling for short bursts, not a training speed.
How much space does it need when folded?
YOUNGFIT does not publish folded dimensions in this listing. Folding pads of this class typically need roughly 4 to 5 feet of floor length when flat and about half that when folded upright. Measure your space before ordering.
Does the desk workstation fit a laptop and monitor?
The included workstation is a standing desk surface for a laptop or tablet. A full monitor arm and dual screens will likely overload it. Check the desk's stated load limit before adding gear.
What is the weight capacity and who is it for?
The deck is rated to 450 lb, which covers most users and is higher than many walking pads rated at 220 to 300 lb. It suits heavier walkers and shared household use.
When is it cheapest?
Only one new price, $239.99 at Target as of November 5, 2026, is listed, so there is no pattern yet. Folding treadmills usually drop during Black Friday and January fitness sales.
Where is the YOUNGFIT 3.5HP Walking Pad Treadmill with Desk Workstation cheapest?
At Target, for $239.99, 45% off, as of our latest check.
